We have seen many changes in the economy and property markets, along with advances in construction technologies and new regulations.

Simon Rafferty and James Coyne were our founding partners. The firm was set-up as an Independent Property Consultancy carrying out Surveys, Valuations, and Construction Project Management contracts across the UK. Prior to this both Simon and James worked in Senior Management for a number of UK Construction companies.

Both Simon and James play an active part in supporting local good causes. Simon can be found running around Merseyside, training for Marathons and Ironman Triathlon events on a regular basis; whilst James can be found trekking around Cheshire, or at local schools and churches helping with events.
