Some defects on houses are hidden from view even with the aid of binoculars.

This chimney stack in Southport had brickwork coming away that had the potential to fall. The chimney stack is above the front doors of two houses. The potential injury risks are unthinkable.

This defect was not visible from the ground, and could only be seen with our drone.

We recommended immediate action to repair and further advised on not using the front doors or garden areas until repaired or made safe.
