Its good to see that the subject of Property MOTs has come up in the news again.

HOME-MOT started delivering Landlords Surveys in 2016, producing reports that advised on the condition of their property, suggested improvements and maintenance, and also reported on the tenants obligations in looking after the property. These inspections have been giving landlords vital information to allow them to plan works and protect them in the event of any false claims.

We are of the opinion that this is a good idea, but needs to be developed further to benefit all parties. What do you think?
